In Kuwait, I was managing a sales team of 22 people. ( 1 Sales Manager, 8 Salesmen with 2 merchandisers, 5 persons for marketing and promotions.)

Developed a sales Analysis Program & a Strategic Planning System

Liaised with bottlers & distributors on the development & implementation of training activities, key account management & the design & execution of in - store merchandising promotions

Increased distribution in the area through efficient route restructuring & distribution drives

Identified opportunities & recommended strategies to reverse prevailing volume & share decline

Implemented agreements in order to meet objectives relating to volume, market shares and the management of promotional budgets

Responsible for the development of the sales points and the distribution channels.
